STEP 1 Introduction Meeting

Learning about your needs and desires, your wish list and must-haves. Understanding time frame and balancing your wants with level of investment. At this meeting, we will present and explain our unique design build process.

STEP 2 Architectural Design

This is where the fun begins! Together we will review initial plans. Your Construction Theory Design Build team collects data on the existing space including before pictures, detailed notes, and exact measurements. By the end of this phase, we'll provide full site plans, the initial scope of work and 3D plans.

STEP 3 Interior Design

Together, with your Design team, you will dive into the floor plan as we play with colors, tiles, woods, and stones. Your Design Build team will present an array of options to you before you decide upon your favorite products and materials. Final plans will include 3D rendering with your specific selections. Yes! Just like HGTV!

STEP 4 Construction

Your home will be treated with respect throughout the entire process, from demolition until completion. Daily site clean-ups are tailored to our standards and your requests. Your Design Build team will work diligently to ensure your remodel dream becomes a reality.
